What makes a stream alive?

Over the course of the pandemic, the world had an abrupt shift to doing everything online. Teachers and workers alike.  Thousands of presenters directed their audience to “participate” by  installing an app, entering a code on another website, or other forms of browser gymnastics. While some participants followed along, the majority gave up on the new software, and others simply entered their answers in the chat.

The question that arose was: “Wouldn’t it be great to have a product that could read the native chat on the platform of choice and translate it into a real-time, context aware, visual voice for the audience?”

Enter, StreamAlive.

So what makes a stream alive? To us, the bedrock of our platform is to increase inclusivity in livestreams to build a community.

There are three things that every presenter aims to do:

  • Track engagement
  • Increase engagement
  • Convert engagement

What do these really mean, and how does StreamAlive help you with that?

Track Engagement

Keep your finger on the pulse of your audience during an event. Later, track the highs & lows.

As soon as the StreamAlive app joins your stream, you’ll have a clear rundown of exactly how engaging each minute of your session was. With our chat re-creations and stream breakdown, you can refine your questions after understanding what worked and what didn’t.

Increase Engagement

The secret is simple: we call it Audience Inclusivity. Access unique chat-powered visual interactions and data.

Raise your engagement levels and quicken the pulse with our magical tools: Magic Maps, Power Polls, Wonder Words, and Quick Questions. Turn your chats into visual interactions with these tools and show your audience exactly how they’re a part of your stream.

Convert Engagement

Who was engaged in your last event? In your last three events? Find out who's ready to buy what you're selling.

After your stream, find out who engaged with you the most. These are the people who are likely to buy what you’re selling, or “converting” into a lead. You can find them under Fantastic Fans in Analytics, so reach out and show your appreciation for their commitment.

Now that you have the tools you need at your fingertips, all that remains is for you to take the next step and start applying your new knowledge.

Keep tracking, increasing and converting engagement with StreamAlive!
