Live polls for your whole training team, in the Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet chat.
Your facilitators keep their PowerPoint decks and add polls, word clouds and Q&A to them. Your people answer in the
Teams or
Zoom chat. Your IT team gets single sign-on, your brand on every slide, and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification.
Works in Microsoft Teams,
Zoom and
Google Meet, on
PowerPoint slides, and in the room on people’s phones.

Your trainers keep their
PowerPoint decks.
The add-in puts a poll or word cloud on a slide in the deck they already teach from. They share PowerPoint in
Teams or
Zoom as usual, and the answers fill in on the slide.

Participation jumped once the QR code was gone.
60 – 70%
took part when they had to scan a QR code
90 – 95%
take part now they just type in the chat
Before StreamAlive, we were using other well-known QR-based interaction tools. About 60 – 70% of people would follow a QR code. Now that all they have to do is type in the chat, we see more like 90 – 95% of participants engaging.

The ease of integrating polling and surveys into the townhall presentation was incredible. I highly encourage you to give it a try, as our team responded very well to the interactivity.

There are loads of digital tools you can use to increase engagement in your live online sessions. But there is one that is hands-down my favorite: StreamAlive.

Questions about StreamAlive for enterprise
How is enterprise different from the Scale plan?
Scale, on the pricing page, gives a training team single sign-on, moderators, shared templates, one invoice and larger participant limits, at $1,800 a year with one presenter included and $1,200 for each one you add. An enterprise agreement, from 10 presenters, is for larger rollouts: no cap on commenters, sessions, presentations or AI, your branding down to the bot’s name, custom data retention, and a customer success manager.
Compare the plansHow many presenters do we need?
Enterprise agreements start at 10 presenters. Each presenter can build interactions and present them on PowerPoint slides, in StreamAlive’s presentation builder or as a quick one-off question.
Can we use it for a one-off town hall?
Yes. Tell us about the event and we’ll suggest the simplest way to run it.
StreamAlive for town halls Is there a
Microsoft Teams app to install?
There’s nothing to install in Teams. StreamAlive joins a meeting from its link, and the organizer admits it. For
Zoom there’s also the StreamAlive app for Zoom, on the Zoom App Marketplace.
Are you SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified?
Yes, both. StreamAlive is also GDPR compliant. Our policies and security details are in the Trust Center.
Visit the Trust CenterWhat can StreamAlive see in my meeting?
It reads the meeting chat only. It doesn’t record or access your video, audio or shared screen.
Which platforms do you support?
Microsoft Teams,
Zoom and
Google Meet meetings, Zoom webinars,
YouTube Live,
PowerPoint slides, and sessions in the room, where people answer on their phones in StreamAlive’s browser chat.
